Not only does Kirk Petrophysics deliver solutions for the successful acquisition, handling and transportation of cores from any formation type, but we also provide a quality control report for each job.

A full and comprehensive detailed report
At the end of each coring job, a full and comprehensive report is submitted to the client and coring contractor. The report gives details of core recovery, core integrity and handling methods. The report also includes a legend of digital photographs, illustrating core annular space and any significant or relevant handling procedures.

The overall objective of the report is to provide an outline, and a record of the relevant factors involved in the core handling and stabilisation process, with the ultimate aim to improve standards and retention of core quality wherever practically possible.

All reports are printed and submitted on high quality gloss photographic paper. An added copy on CD is also submitted along with the report.
